WB Surf Camp Scores New Housing Facility
WB Surf Camp is excited to announce that late last year we signed a lease on a new ocean view housing facility located on Topsail Island, North Carolina! Located directly across the street from an un-crowded beach, this spot provides our teen overnight east coast surf camps with private access to an excellent surf spot – the perfect place for our campers to learn to surf or take their skills to an advanced level.
Living just steps away from the ocean will mean minimal van time and maximum surfing time. The ocean view gender-specific rooms teens will be staying in are all air conditioned, and have their own private bathrooms. An onsite commercial kitchen and dining hall has enabled WB Surf Camp to hire a professional culinary staff, allowing us to control the menu served to our campers, optimizing their fuel for days spent in the surf.
“I’m so stoked about our new Topsail Island location, said WB Surf Camp owner Rick Civelli. “This amazing facility will position us to offer the best surf camp on the east coast, with access to warm water, uncrowded and consistent surf and an amazing camp vibe. I can’t wait for the first group of campers to check it out this summer!”
Throughout the 15 year history of our company, we have been stoked to share our love of surfing and its connection to coastal conservation. We enter every season with the motto of “last years ceiling is this year’s floor. It is our ongoing commitment to our camp families to always raise the bar in regards to risk management, staff training and pure ocean fun. This facility also allows us to enhance our already strong reputation for concierge-level customer service while providing an even more awesome camper experience.
