Steve Marshall spent his youth in the water. Steve was very active on his area swim team, on which he reached state swim records. When he was not at the pool he was at the beach, in the creeks, in the marsh, on the sailboat, or playing pick-up football. Steve’s love for life on the water only increased as he got older. He picked up windsurfing one summer and could not stop. He started SCUBA diving and became PADI certified. He passed Life Guard PED Cross Training and was a certified Life Guard and Life Guard manager throughout high school and into college.

Steve met his wife on the water and they have pursued water activities throughout their marriage. Steve also surfs, paddle boards, kayaks, and deep sea fishes regularly. A love for boating led Steve to get certified by the USCG to captain up to 100 gross ton vessels. Steve also has a passion for teaching and mentoring children in need, and he loves guiding children through relational education of outdoor sports and activities.
