Jarrod Covington
Certified Surf Instructor

Jarrod grew up in Beaufort, a small town in North Carolina. He has always loved sports—all sports, competitive and intramural, land and water, team and individual. Growing up he encouraged all of his friends to join him surfing, wakeboarding, kite boarding, and fishing. For Jarrod, surfing has not only been a hobby—it has been a structuring force in his life.

Surfing has helped keep Jarrod striving for positive goals. He hopes to continue working on himself, making new friends, and traveling. He hopes he will make a lasting impact on the campers he works with; above all, he hopes his campers will walk away with skills and appreciation for surfing that will make them eager to learn more.
