Conor Buckley
Certified Surf Instructor

Conor is an avid and enthusiastic surfer. His outgoing, energetic personality is evident both in his everyday life and in his teaching. He is an Athletic Training major at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and hopes to go on to study medicine or physical therapy after graduation.

Conor has been hooked on surfing since he first tried it seven years ago. He gets wet whenever he gets a chance and if he is not in the water he is likely to be found on the lacrosse field or at the library.

Teaching has been a guiding force in Conor’s life. He is the second youngest of five children, and believes that most of what he knows he learned from his brothers. He hopes to pass on what they taught him to his youngest sibling.
