SUP gives one of the best low impact workouts you can receive. 60 Minute Long SUP Fitness Packages:

- 5 Classes $125 ($25 per Class)
- 10 Classes $200 ($20 per Class)
- All packages include SUP rental, Paddle, and PFD
- Taught Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:00am - 8:00am
